July 2026 Village Update
Welcome to our July newsletter — a cosy mid winter edition filled with community spirit, shared moments, and plenty happening around Trafalgar Village. From generous KOGO (Knit One, Give One) contributions, to lively events and new residents settling in, the village continues to shine with warmth and connection.
June was full of activity at our Trafalgar Village.
We’ve welcomed new residents, with some settling straight into their final villas and others enjoying a temporary villa while they watch their future home being built. It's such an exciting time for our growing community.
Knits, Giggles & Good Deeds
Our wonderful KOGO (Knit One, Give One) crew have been busy once again, filling the community centre with colour, chatter and plenty of good humour. Between shared stitches and shared stories, residents & locals have created another beautiful collection of winter warm items — all lovingly crafted for those in need. It’s a heart warming reminder of what happens when kindness, creativity and community spirit come together. A big thank-you to everyone who contributed their time, talent and woolly magic.
If you’d like to join future knitting sessions or donate yarn, feel free to reach out — every stitch helps.
Every Thursday from 11am in our Trafalgar Village Community Centre. All welcome.
Lights, Camera… Let’s Go
Residents enjoyed a fun filled outing to the Warragul Cinemas, hopping aboard the bus for a relaxed morning of big screen entertainment.
There were plenty of laughs, comfy seats, and of course a few essential movie snacks along the way. It was a wonderful chance to get out and about, share the experience together, and enjoy a film in great company.
Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make the outing such a cheerful community moment. We are hoping to continue these monthly outings - feel free to be our guest & join us.
Biggest Morning Tea Success
What a beautiful morning at Trafalgar Village as residents gathered for our Biggest Morning Tea in support of the Cancer Council. Celebrating International Tea Day made it even more special — a perfect mix of community, kindness, and a good cuppa.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised $3,022, which was then doubled by our owner — a TEArrific total of $6,044.
Our Community Centre was filled with warmth, chatter, and delicious homemade treats, topped off by a lovely performance from Sandie Dodd.
We finished with a much loved raffle, with prizes kindly donated by local businesses. A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who baked, donated, organised, or simply joined in. Moments like these show just how strong and caring our community is.

Trafalgar Stage 5 Update - Only Four Villas Left
Stage 5 at Encore Trafalgar is nearing completion, and we’re excited to share that only four villas remain. With most new residents already settling in — some into their final homes and others into temporary villas while construction finishes — this stage is almost fully spoken for.
If you’ve been considering joining our vibrant community or know someone who is, now is the perfect time. These last remaining Stage 5 villas won’t be available for long before we enter our final stage – Stage 6.
Remaining Villas at our Trafalgar Village for Stage 5:

Lot 50 – Admiral floor plan — 2 Bedroom + Flexi Room villa design, yet to be built (pre slab works)
Lot 51 – Viscount floor plan — 2 Bedroom villa design, yet to be built (pre slab works)

Bonus Offer for Stage 5 Villas
The Commander & Admiral villas in Stage 5 come with a BONUS pergola, adding valuable outdoor living space and extra comfort.
The new Viscount villas already include an undercover alfresco area, so instead of a pergola, we offer bonus upgrades equal to the pergola value — a fantastic added benefit.
