Encore Living Trafalgar - Win a new Essential C Caravan
Conditions of Entry:
The first ten (10) people to sign a contract for their new Stage 5 Villa at Encore Living Trafalgar will enter into the draw to win a brand-new Essential C Class Caravan - Valued at approx. $85,000 RRP. This offer applies to the first ten (10) contracts signed and dated between 26th September 2023 to 31st May 2024 (promotional period), whichever comes first. Contracts must be at the current listed recommended retail price or above for the entry to be valid. Contracts must be current at the time of the prize draw to be valid. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize will be drawn at the Encore Living Trafalgar, fourteen (14) days after close of competition. The Prize Winner will be notified by email and mobile telephone within 24 hours of the draw, using the contact details supplied on their Villa contract. Prize Winner will be publicised on www.encoreliving.com.au website. The prize will be provided to the prize winner within 28 days of the draw. Registration and insurance of the caravan is the responsibility of the Winner. The Winner will receive an Essential C Class Caravan which can be collected from the Ian Grant in Traralgon. Delivery of the caravan is not included in the prize. The promoter is Encore Living Trafalgar. The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and will be binding on every person who enters the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to any aspect of the promotion. Subject to any applicable law, regulation or permit condition, if for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including for any reason which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any direction given by relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
