Community Clubhouse Update
Plans have been finalised for our Trafalgar Community Clubhouse and construction is due to commence in March 2021.
At a recent meeting, residents were advised that plans for the Community Clubhouse have been finalised and it is expected the building permit will be issued in early 2021 allowing construction to get underway.
This great news for existing residents who are looking forward to using the spaces for social gatherings, celebrations and other activities.
Features of the Clubhouse include:
Heated indoor swimming pool for year-round activity
Contemporary gym with facilities designed for seniors at every level of fitness
Executive kitchen capable of servicing the largest functions for family, friends and the village
Lounge area for casual get-togethers
Dining area where friends and family can be comfortably accommodated
Multipurpose area for events and activities
Whilst the floorplan has been decided, spaces are flexible and multi-purpose so residents have been invited to make suggestions on how the open areas will be set up to maximise their usability.
